| In 1976, my son,
Brian wanted me to buy him a handcrafted hunting
knife.However, being very frugal (cheap) I
wouldn't spend the money.But that Christmas, I
gave him a handcrafted knife that I had made
especially for him. It wasn't the best looking
knife (just like the first knife anyone
makes),however , not knowing this, I showed the
very bad looking knife to several people (most of
whom had very bad taste in knives). Lo and behold
several folks wanted me (ME) to craft them a
knife! Well greed set in and before I knew it, I became a creator of knives. Now,30 years later,I still create knives...but I do believe I make a better knife than that first attempt.(and they look a lot better,too).
